Fully assembled e-bike delivery (Eastern Seaboard major cities)

For most major cities on the Eastern Seaboard of Australia, we can ship your e-bike fully assembled.

• Your bike arrives protected and ready for a quick safety check
• Before your first ride, check tyre pressure and do a quick once-over

Boxed e-bike delivery (other areas)

For locations outside major Eastern Seaboard cities, your e-bike may arrive boxed for safe transport.

• Packaged to protect it in transit

Local pickup (Coolangatta)

Prefer to collect? Pickup is available from our Coolangatta showroom. Choose pickup at checkout and we’ll contact you to organise a time.

Warranty

Every Cooly Bike comes with a 1-year comprehensive warranty for peace of mind.

What’s covered

Warranty covers manufacturing faults in key components, including:

• Frame
• Motor
• Battery
• Controller
• Display
• Charger and electrical components

What’s not covered

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (tyres, tubes, brake pads, grips, cosmetic marks)
• Damage from misuse, accidents, water damage, neglect or improper storage
• Unauthorised modifications or repairs
• Use outside intended conditions or failure to follow care instructions

How to make a claim

To lodge a warranty claim, contact our team with:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos or video showing the problem

We’ll assess it quickly and guide you through the next steps.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
