Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
1 Year Comprehensive Warranty
At Cooly Bikes, we stand behind the bikes we sell.
Every eligible Cooly Bike is backed by our 1 Year Comprehensive Warranty, covering the specified components below against applicable manufacturing faults and defects during the warranty period.
If something doesn’t seem right, our team is here to help work through the issue and get you pointed towards the right solution.
Our voluntary warranty sits alongside your rights and remedies under Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits provided by the Cooly Bikes 1 Year Comprehensive Warranty are additional to any other rights and remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.
What's Covered for 1 Year?
The following components are covered under the Cooly Bikes voluntary warranty for 1 year:
Straightforward Support From Day One
Our 1 Year Comprehensive Warranty is a voluntary warranty provided by Cooly Bikes. It is in addition to your rights and remedies under Australian Consumer Law, and those rights are not limited to the one-year voluntary warranty period. Consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be excluded, restricted or replaced by this warranty.
The 1 Year Comprehensive Warranty begins from the date the original customer takes delivery of the product.
The one-year period applies to the voluntary Cooly Bikes warranty. It does not limit any consumer guarantee or other statutory right that may continue to apply beyond that period.
Transfer of Ownership
The Cooly Bikes 1 Year Comprehensive Warranty is transferable with the bike for the remaining balance of the original one-year warranty period.
A subsequent owner may access the remaining voluntary warranty period provided they can supply satisfactory proof that the bike was originally purchased through Cooly Bikes or an authorised Cooly Bikes distributor/dealer.
Transfer of ownership does not restart, reset or extend the warranty period. The one-year warranty continues to run from the date the original customer took delivery of the product.
For example, if ownership transfers six months after the original customer takes delivery, the subsequent owner may access the remaining six months of the voluntary warranty, subject to the warranty terms and satisfactory proof of the original qualifying purchase.
This transferability provision relates specifically to the Cooly Bikes voluntary warranty. Australian Consumer Law rights and remedies remain separate and unaffected.
What the Cooly Bikes Warranty Covers
During the warranty period, the Cooly Bikes voluntary warranty covers applicable manufacturing faults, defects or failures affecting the covered components where the issue arises during normal intended use of the product.
If a claim is covered by the voluntary warranty, Cooly Bikes will arrange an appropriate remedy depending on the nature of the fault and the circumstances.
This may include:
- Repair
- Replacement of an affected component
- Authorised service support
- Another appropriate remedy available under the voluntary warranty
Your remedies under Australian Consumer Law may differ depending on the circumstances and remain unaffected by this voluntary warranty.
Need to Make a Claim?
We've kept the process straightforward.
To start a warranty enquiry or claim, email:
warranty@coolybikes.comThere is no separate online warranty claim form.
Our team will review the information provided.
Depending on the issue, we may need to carry out troubleshooting, request additional information, arrange an inspection, request photos or video, or arrange assessment by an authorised service provider.
If the issue is covered by the Cooly Bikes voluntary warranty, we'll arrange an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances.
This may include repair, replacement of an affected component, authorised service support or another appropriate remedy available under the voluntary warranty.
Nothing in this process limits any remedy available to you under Australian Consumer Law.
- Your name and contact details
- Order details or other proof of purchase
- Bike model
- Serial number, where relevant
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos
- Video, where relevant
- Other reasonable diagnostic information relevant to the claimed fault
The Cooly Bikes Bike Registration form is separate from the warranty claim process. Registration does not activate or commence the warranty.
What Counts as Proof of Purchase?
We may ask for proof of purchase so we can identify the transaction and assess the claim.
A paper receipt is not necessarily the only acceptable form of proof. Relevant proof may include an order confirmation, transaction record, card or bank statement, receipt or reference number, or other documentation that reasonably establishes the original qualifying purchase.
Things to Know
When the Voluntary Warranty May Not Apply
The Cooly Bikes voluntary warranty does not generally cover damage or failure caused or contributed to by:
- Accident, collision, impact, abuse or misuse
- Stunts, freestyle riding or other use outside the product's intended operation
- Fire, flood, storm or other external events
- Water or environmental exposure where the issue was not caused by a covered manufacturing defect
- Rust, corrosion or environmental deterioration arising through use, storage or exposure rather than a covered defect
- Foreign objects, debris or external contamination
- Normal wear and tear
- Poor, inappropriate or neglected maintenance where that maintenance issue caused or contributed to the fault
- Incompatible parts or components where they caused or contributed to the fault
- Unauthorised modification, derestriction or tampering where it caused or contributed to the fault
- Unauthorised repairs or associated work where they caused or contributed to the fault
- Operation outside the model's approved configuration where that operation caused or contributed to the fault
- Transport damage arising from transport independently arranged by the customer where that damage was not caused by Cooly Bikes or its authorised freight provider
These exclusions apply to the Cooly Bikes voluntary warranty only. They do not exclude, restrict or remove any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Normal Wear & Consumable Parts
Bikes contain components that naturally wear through normal use.
Normal wear and tear is not generally a manufacturing defect and is therefore not normally covered by the Cooly Bikes voluntary warranty.
Examples may include:
- Tyres
- Tubes
- Brake pads
- Bearings
- Seats and other contact surfaces
- Other consumable components
This does not mean a wear or consumable component can never be covered. If a component has a genuine manufacturing fault or defect, rights under this warranty or Australian Consumer Law may still apply depending on the circumstances.
Looking After Your Cooly
Regular maintenance helps keep your bike safe, reliable and riding the way it should.
We recommend servicing your bike appropriately for how often and where you ride it.
Damage caused or contributed to by neglected or inappropriate maintenance may fall outside the Cooly Bikes voluntary warranty.
Simply missing a service does not remove rights that may otherwise exist under Australian Consumer Law.
View our service menu and book here →Modifications & Approved Configuration
Cooly Bikes sells genuinely separate product configurations designed for different intended uses.
Unauthorised modification, derestriction, tampering, incompatible components, unauthorised repairs or operation outside the model's approved configuration may affect the Cooly Bikes voluntary warranty where they caused or contributed to the fault being claimed.
A modification, component or repair does not automatically cancel the entire voluntary warranty merely because it exists.
Australian Consumer Law rights remain unaffected.
Freight, Transport & Assessment
There is no fee to submit a voluntary warranty claim.
Because e-bikes are large and heavy products, please contact Cooly Bikes before arranging return freight or transport for a warranty claim.
Where a product or component can reasonably be posted or easily returned, Cooly Bikes may ask the customer to initially pay the applicable reasonable postage, freight or transport cost for assessment.
Where assessment by a qualified Cooly Bikes mechanic confirms a manufacturing fault covered by the voluntary warranty, Cooly Bikes will reimburse the reasonable approved postage, freight or transport cost.
Where a faulty product is large, heavy or difficult to return, including a complete eBike where applicable, Cooly Bikes will arrange or cover appropriate collection or transport where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Reimbursement
Approved reimbursement will be processed within 10 days of approval.
Please keep receipts or other reasonable evidence of approved postage, freight or transport expenses associated with a claim.
There is no blanket policy stating that assessment, inspection, collection, freight or transport charges automatically apply simply because a claimed fault is ultimately found not to be covered.
Where a bike or component needs to be transported, please package it securely and follow any reasonable transport instructions provided by Cooly Bikes.
Nothing in this section limits your rights or remedies under Australian Consumer Law.
Purchased Through an Authorised Cooly Bikes Dealer?
If you purchased your Cooly Bike through an authorised dealer, please contact that dealer in the first instance for assistance.
They will often be the quickest starting point because they have the original sale details and may be able to inspect the bike locally.
Cooly Bikes also remains available to assist with applicable warranty enquiries.

79BIKE Falcon GT - White is backordered and will be shipped on January 15th 2026
79BIKE Falcon GT - The Electric Dirt Bike Australia Has Been Waiting For
Ride like the rules don't apply. Because out here, they don't.
There is a moment right when you crack the throttle on a machine with this much power where your brain stops narrating and your body just takes over. That is the 79BIKE Falcon GT. The most serious electric dirt bike Australia has seen, 16,000 watts of mid mounted fury, 610 Newton metres of torque, and a top speed that makes every other off road electric bike look like it is still warming up. We are an authorised 79BIKE dealer. We stock it, we support it, and we ship it free to your door, anywhere in the country.
- Pinned to 95 km/h before you run out of trail. The 79Bike Falcon GT's 16,000W peak motor and 610 N·m torque make it the most capable electric motocross bike we have ever sold numbers that stop conversations and start rides.
- 120km of range that outlasts your legs. The 72V 40Ah Samsung 50S battery is built for riders who push hard. Charge it, go flat out, and still have range left when your mates are done.
- Suspension that eats rough terrain for fun. Fastace premium forks handle anything you point this bike at. Hit it at speed. Hit it harder. It holds.
- Smarter than its competitors, meaner than it looks. The NFC digital dashboard and independently developed FOC controller give you real time data and throttle response that actually matches how you ride.
- Backed by the right dealer. Cooly Bikes is an authorised 79BIKE dealer Australia wide. That means a 1 year warranty you can actually use, genuine after sales support from riders who know the machine, and a Gold Coast showroom if you want eyes on it first.
- Free delivery. Ready to ride. Every 79Bike Falcon GT ships FREE - 7 to 10 business days anywhere in the country. Whether you are an electric dirt bike Gold Coast local or ordering from across Australia, we take care of it.
Picture the trail you always ride too carefully. The long straight before the drop where something always held you back, because nothing you have owned could carry you to the edge of it without flinching. The 79BIKE Falcon GT changes that. This is not a starter bike dressed up in aggressive styling. It is an off road electric bike built for the rider who has already maxed everything else out, who needs a machine that matches their ambition, not one that puts a ceiling on it. From the first time the motor engages to the moment you ease off on the far side of the property, this thing does not ask you to slow down. It asks you to keep up.
The engineering behind the 79Bike Falcon GT is the reason it performs the way it does. A 16,000W peak mid mounted motor draws from a 72V 40Ah battery loaded with Samsung 50S cells, the same high drain cells used in performance EV and motorsport applications. The independently developed FOC (Field Oriented Control) system reads your throttle input and delivers power smoothly and precisely, without the spike and hunt behaviour that makes lesser controllers feel vague when you need them most. Fastace premium suspension handles both ends, tuned for aggressive off road riding at the speeds this bike reaches. The NFC digital display keeps you across speed, battery level, and ride mode without clutter. Every component on this machine was chosen to work as a system. The result is a 72V electric dirt bike that hits 95 km/h, covers 120km per charge, and weighs 68kg, figures that hold up in real riding conditions, not just on a spec sheet.
Buying the best electric dirt bike Australia has to offer means nothing if you buy it from the wrong place. Cooly Bikes operates out of Coolangatta on the Gold Coast in Queensland and we are an authorised 79BIKE dealer Australia wide. We have ridden these bikes. We carry genuine parts. We back every 79Bike Falcon GT with a full 1 year warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, controller, display, charger, and more. If something goes sideways, you are not stuck with an offshore support ticket and a 6 week wait. You are on the phone with us, directly, at 07 5518 3478, talking to real riders who know this machine. We are the electric dirt bike Gold Coast locals come to, and we are the team that riders across Queensland, NSW, and the rest of the country trust when they want it done right.
Stock on the 79Bike Falcon GT moves. This is not a bike that sits in a warehouse waiting for the right buyer to find it. If you have been researching the best electric dirt bike Australia for adults and keep landing back here, that is not a coincidence. Free Australia wide delivery is included on every order. The bike arrives in 7 to 10 business days. Finance is available through AfterPay and LendCo for riders who want to split the cost. But this bike does not wait around, and neither should you. Add to cart today or call us and we will have it sorted in five minutes flat.

FAQ
Q1: Is the 79BIKE Falcon GT electric dirt bike road legal in Australia? No, and we will always be straight with you about this. The 79Bike Falcon GT is not registered or road legal in Australia. Australian law limits road legal ebikes to 250W and 25 km/h. The Falcon GT operates well beyond those thresholds and is built for off road use on private property, private tracks, and land where you have the right to ride. If you need a road legal electric bike alongside it, check out our full Cooly Bikes ebike range.
Q2: What is the 79BIKE Falcon GT price and is it good value? The 79Bike Falcon GT is AUD $7,299 with free Australia wide delivery included. For a 72V electric dirt bike with 16,000W peak power, 610 N·m of torque, Samsung 50S cells, Fastace suspension, a full FOC controller system, and an authorised dealer warranty behind it, that is a serious machine at a price that still makes sense. Finance is available through AfterPay and LendCo if you want to spread the cost over time.
Q3: How does delivery work when I buy an electric dirt bike from Cooly Bikes Simple. We offer free delivery Australia wide on every 79Bike Falcon GT. You will receive it in 7 to 10 business days from dispatch. We will send you tracking updates throughout. If you are near us on the Gold Coast or in Queensland, you are also welcome to visit our Coolangatta showroom at Shop 11, 52–58 Marine Parade to pick it up in person or see it before you buy.
Q4: What does the warranty cover on the 79Bike Falcon GT? Every 79Bike Falcon GT sold through Cooly Bikes comes with a 1 year warranty. It covers the frame, motor, battery, controller, display, charger, flywheel, and speed control switch. What it does not cover is damage from crashes, misuse, or unauthorised modifications, which is standard across the industry. To make a claim, contact us at warranty@coolybikes.com or 07 5518 3478 and our team will walk you through the process directly.
Q5: Can I see the 79Bike Falcon GT in person at your Gold Coast showroom before buying? Yes. Our showroom at Shop 11, 52–58 Marine Parade, Coolangatta is open 7 days, 9am to 4pm. Come in, see the bike in person, and ask us everything. We are an authorised 79BIKE dealer Australia customers rely on, and we would rather you see it and feel confident before you commit than wonder afterward. Call ahead on 07 5518 3478 to confirm what we have on the floor. (Always call ahead to make sure we have them in stock, they are very popular)
Q6: Can I finance the 79Bike Falcon GT? Yes. We have two finance options available. AfterPay covers purchases up to $4,000, and for the full purchase price we work with LendCo to offer flexible payment plans. Get in touch with us directly at 07 5518 3478 or connect@coolybikes.com and we will find the option that suits your situation.
Q7: How does the 79Bike Falcon GT compare to a Surron? The Surron Light Bee X is a solid machine and a popular entry point into performance electric off road riding, well made, capable, and deservedly popular. The 79Bike Falcon GT is a different beast. Where the Surron serves riders who are getting serious, the 79Bike Falcon GT serves riders who already are. More power, more range, a larger battery platform, and heavier duty suspension tuned for faster and more demanding terrain. If the Surron is where a lot of riders start their off road electric journey, the 79Bike Falcon GT is where the serious ones end up. Both are quality machines. This one is built for people who want more.
The 79Bike Falcon GT is not a bike you keep researching. You already know what it is. The only question left is when you want it in your shed.
AUD $7,299. Free delivery Australia-wide. In your hands within 7 to 10 business days.
