For most major cities on the Eastern Seaboard of Australia, we can ship your e-bike fully assembled.

Boxed e-bike delivery (other areas)
For locations outside major Eastern Seaboard cities, your e-bike may arrive boxed for safe transport.

What’s covered
Warranty covers manufacturing faults in key components, including:

What’s not covered
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (tyres, tubes, brake pads, grips, cosmetic marks)
- Damage from misuse, accidents, water damage, neglect or improper storage
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Use outside intended conditions or failure to follow care instructions
How to make a claim
To lodge a warranty claim, contact our team with:

- Photos or video showing the problem
